Dr. Pramila Srivastava – Managing Director
She holds a Ph.D. degree in Management from Ecole Robert De Sorbon in France. She also holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai. She is a financial Analyst and Decision support specialist. She has more than 20 years of Management Consultancy. She functions as a Managing Director of P.S. Management Consultants. She has been involved in formulation and appraisal of agri infrastructure and agro processing projects.
She has co-edited a book on Management Consulting in India (Published by SAGE INTERNATIONAL in 2012). Her latest book on ‘Sustainable Rural Transformation through Agro Industries-project analysis and case studies’ is being published by Concept Publishing Co, New Delhi.
She has won several awards in Management Consultancy and Business Leadership from Industry bodies. She has been involved in community and social activities. She has been made Melvin Jones Fellow by the Lions Club International . She has interest in painting.
Dr. U.K. Srivastava – Director
Dr. U.K. Srivastava obtained his Ph.D degree in Economics from University Lucknow and did post doctoral work at Iowa State university, U.S.A. He is an economist and Management consultant with about 40 years of teaching, research ad constancy experience. He was a professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1973-93) and Hon. Director of National Institute of Cooperative Management, Gandhinagar (1996-2000). He has published 29 books and more than 50 research articles in refereed Professional Journals. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) He is also the Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants of India.
His list of Consultancy Clients include World Bank, Asian Development Bank, NORAD, Commonwealth Secretariat, International Finance Corporation,Several Ministries of Government of India, and a large number of reputed Indian Companies. Besides India, he has undertaken consultancy assignments in Bhutan, Philippines, SriLanka, Burma, Indonesia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. He has been team leader, Monitoring and Evaluation of National Agriculture Innovation Project of the World Bank(2007-11)
He has been the chairman of Gujarat Chapter and National Vice President on Institute of Management Consultants of India. He is actively involved with Seminars, workshops and Management Development Programmes of Ahmedabad Management Association. He is a former President of Lions club of Ahmedabad (Main). He has been made Melvin Jones Fellow by the Lions Club International.

He is the former Director of Agriculture, Government of UP and Director General of U.P. Council of agriculture Research. He has more that 15 years of consultancy experience after leaving the Government. His consultancy clients include CES, J. P. Associates, DMG consulting and the World Bank.
